Small, large, up close or from afar; scenes to make you appreciate the fine details around us in our twin island republic.

These scenes have become some of my favourite types of imagery to create after my eyes were opened to this new perspective of landscape/nature photography.

I actually struggle to place these in a specific category or genre of photography. However one thing is certain; I am most enthralled by the prospect of making the viewer wonder about the scale or the subject matter in the image or better yet, even to question oneself on what they are actually viewing.

"Poui blossoms catching morning light" 2021.

“Variation” 2023. A carpet of flowers and leaves with graduations of pink toned blossoms and leaves against the backdrop of the lush Savannah grass

“Potpourri” 2023. Dried petals and leaves amidst the newer freshly fallen ones along with the shades from the varieties brought my mind back to seeing potpourri and the fragrances.

Predestined” 2023. Part of smaller intimate scenes with my favorite subject matter; our amazing Poui Trees!

"Rocks and Stuff" 2020. Multi colours and tones of rocks in the back beach area of Tyrico beach with thin veneer of sand.

"Blossoms up close" 2019. Flamboyant Tree in bloom up close and personal with its vibrant red flowers.

"Reach for the sky" 2018. Manzanilla, Trinidad.

"Molten" 2020. Ripples in the ocean at sunset.

"Entangled" 2019. A kite suffers the fate as most do of getting entangled in a Poui Tree during kite season in the Queen's Park Savannah.

"Inversion" 2020. An overturned boat under the sunset sky in Brickfield fishing village.
